Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 package Instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • 1 package Graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups Cold milk
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter; press into a pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in ricotta, salt, orange zest, and mini chocolate chips.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  5. Whip cream with granulated sugar until soft peaks form.
  6. Layer ricotta mixture, pudding, and whipped cream over the crust.
  7. Chill until set, then finish with extra whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Notes
