- 2 cups Whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 package Instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups Whipped cream
- 1 package Graham crackers
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups Cold milk
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Orange zest (optional)
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter; press into a pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in ricotta, salt, orange zest, and mini chocolate chips.
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Whip cream with granulated sugar until soft peaks form.
- Layer ricotta mixture, pudding, and whipped cream over the crust.
- Chill until set, then finish with extra whipped cream and chocolate chips.
Notes
- For best results, chill the dessert for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Orange zest adds a nice flavor but can be omitted if desired.
- Feel free to substitute with dairy-free alternatives for a vegan version.
