Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy at the edges.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, lemon juice, and a splash of warm water until smooth and drizzle-ready.
  5. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving bowl.
  6. Drizzle generously with the tahini-honey sauce.
  7. Finish with chopped parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if desired.

  • For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes.
