- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups Mashed potatoes (thick, for piping)

- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Ketchup (or BBQ sauce)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, diced onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Press mixture into a greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup firmly.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare thick mashed potatoes (butter + cream) and let them cool slightly.
- Pipe mashed potatoes onto each meatloaf muffin like frosting.
- Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes to warm the topping (optional).
- Garnish with chopped chives.
