Ingredients

- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then drain and toss lightly with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, feta, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a small pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute, and pour over the pasta mixture.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss gently to combine.
- Adjust seasoning and top with extra feta and basil leaves for garnish.
- Serve immediately or chill slightly for a refreshing Mediterranean-style pasta salad.
