Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease mini loaf pans.
  2. Brown butter in a saucepan until golden and fragrant; let cool slightly.
  3. Beat brown butter, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and milk; mix until combined.
  5. Pour batter into pans and bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  6. For glaze, whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, a little milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Pour warm glaze over cooled cakes and let it drip down the sides.
