Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries
- Ripe mango
- Unsalted butter
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt separately. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the batter.
- Fill liners ¾ full and bake 18–20 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Core the centers and spoon in strawberry jam for a bright fruity layer.
- Blend mango until smooth. Beat butter with powdered sugar, divide frosting, and mix mango puree into half.
- Pipe a two-tone mango and vanilla swirl on top. Finish with halved fresh strawberries and small mango cubes.
