Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form, then fold in mascarpone and vanilla.
  2. Peel and dice fresh mangoes; reserve some for topping and puree the rest.
  3. Dip ladyfingers lightly in mango puree and arrange a layer in a dish.
  4. Spread half of the cream mixture, followed by diced mangoes.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and puree.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
  7. Top with mango chunks and drizzle with extra mango sauce before serving.
