Ingredients
- Fresh ripe mangoes
- Mascarpone cheese
- Heavy cream
- Ladyfinger biscuits
- Sugar

Instructions
- Whip heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form, then fold in mascarpone and vanilla.
- Peel and dice fresh mangoes; reserve some for topping and puree the rest.
- Dip ladyfingers lightly in mango puree and arrange a layer in a dish.
- Spread half of the cream mixture, followed by diced mangoes.
- Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and puree.
- Chill for at least 4 hours to set.
- Top with mango chunks and drizzle with extra mango sauce before serving.
Notes
- For added brightness, consider adding lemon juice to the mango puree.
