Description

Big, hearty burritos packed with tender steak, beans, rice, and veggies.


Ingredients

  • Steak (sirloin or flank, cooked and sliced)
  • Warm flour tortillas (large)
  • Black beans
  • Cooked rice
  • Corn
  • Sautéed onions & peppers
  • Shredded cheese
  • Taco seasoning
  • Lime juice
  • Optional: salsa, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Sear steak in a hot skillet with taco seasoning; slice into strips or chunks.
  2. Warm black beans, cooked rice, corn, and sautéed peppers/onions.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and add rice, then steak, beans, veggies, and cheese.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice and optional salsa.
  5. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form burritos.
  6. Grill seam-side down in a skillet until lightly crisped.
  7. Slice in half and serve hot.
