Ingredients
- Steak (sirloin or flank, cooked and sliced)
- Warm flour tortillas (large)
- Black beans
- Cooked rice
- Corn
- Sautéed onions & peppers
- Shredded cheese
- Taco seasoning
- Lime juice
- Optional: salsa, cilantro
Instructions
- Sear steak in a hot skillet with taco seasoning; slice into strips or chunks.
- Warm black beans, cooked rice, corn, and sautéed peppers/onions.
- Lay tortillas flat and add rice, then steak, beans, veggies, and cheese.
- Drizzle with lime juice and optional salsa.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form burritos.
- Grill seam-side down in a skillet until lightly crisped.
- Slice in half and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak before cooking.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies.
- Serve with additional salsa or guacamole on the side.
