Description

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 small onion (diced)
- Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain, then stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Layer noodles at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by beef mixture, ricotta, cheddar, and bacon.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheddar and bacon on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and garnishing with parsley.
