Description

All your favorite burger flavors stacked between tender lasagna noodles, layered with smoky bacon and gooey cheddar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain, then stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer noodles at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by beef mixture, ricotta, cheddar, and bacon.
  4. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheddar and bacon on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and garnishing with parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
