Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 lemon (zested and sliced)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley or microgreens for garnish
  • Optional: steamed broccoli or rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear salmon flesh-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden.
  4. Flip and cook another 3 minutes until flaky and opaque.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top and sprinkle with zest.
  6. Garnish with parsley or microgreens.
  7. Serve hot with lemon slices and a side of vegetables or rice.
