- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 lemon (zested and sliced)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley or microgreens for garnish
- Optional: steamed broccoli or rice for serving
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon flesh-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Flip and cook another 3 minutes until flaky and opaque.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top and sprinkle with zest.
- Garnish with parsley or microgreens.
- Serve hot with lemon slices and a side of vegetables or rice.
