Ingredients
- Keto brownie mix (prepared and cooled)
- Dark chocolate (sugar-free)
- Cream cheese (softened)
- Chopped macadamia nuts
- Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut oil (for thinning chocolate)
Instructions
- Prepare keto brownie mix according to package instructions; let cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled brownies into a bowl and mix with softened cream cheese and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into 12 firm truffle balls; chill 10–15 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate with a little coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, coating fully.
- Immediately sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts on top.
- Chill again until the chocolate sets and serve.
