Instructions
- Combine ground meat with grated onion, minced garlic, herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, pepper, and an optional pinch of cinnamon.
- Mix gently until just combined; chill 20–30 minutes for better shaping.
- Form small round meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Lower heat, cover, and cook until fully done — or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve warm with tzatziki, pita, or roasted potatoes.
