- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 tbsp chopped red chili (optional)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken until golden and crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sticky glaze.
- Sprinkle with red chili, sesame seeds, and green onions.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

- Adjust the amount of honey for desired sweetness.
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of red chili.
