Instructions

- Stir in chopped cherries and chocolate chips.
- Chill dough 20 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Scoop onto a baking sheet, shaping slightly thick rounds.
- Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 10–12 minutes until soft and set with pink centers.
- Cool fully to allow the cherry centers to firm while staying moist.
