Instructions

  4. Bake 12–14 minutes, then immediately roll the warm cake in a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar; let cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  6. Unroll cake, spread filling evenly, then roll back up tightly; chill 30 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.
