Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light; mix in pumpkin purée.
- Sift in flour, baking soda, and spices; stir until smooth and spread batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake 12–14 minutes, then immediately roll the warm cake in a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar; let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Unroll cake, spread filling evenly, then roll back up tightly; chill 30 minutes.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.
