Ingredients

  • 4 cups Green cabbage, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet with sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown ground beef, breaking it up until fully cooked; remove excess fat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in carrots and cabbage; sauté until just tender.
  5. Return beef to the pan and add soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  6. Toss everything together until glossy and well-coated.
  7. Stack portions neatly, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add chili flakes to taste.
  • Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
