Instructions
- Heat a skillet with sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Brown ground beef, breaking it up until fully cooked; remove excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in carrots and cabbage; sauté until just tender.
- Return beef to the pan and add soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Toss everything together until glossy and well-coated.
- Stack portions neatly, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
