- 2 cups Green cabbage (shredded)

- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (mint or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground lamb in olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked and slightly crispy.
- Add garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until fragrant.
- Blend feta with yogurt or cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
- Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Spread whipped feta onto tortillas.
- Top with spiced lamb, shredded cabbage, and pickled red onions.
- Finish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños to the tacos.
- Feel free to substitute ground lamb with ground beef or turkey if preferred.
