A tropical dessert dip featuring sweet grilled pineapple chunks folded into creamy coconut whip and finished with a drizzle of honey.

- 1 cup grilled pineapple chunks
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped coconut cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional for contrast)
Instructions
- Grill pineapple slices for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized; chop into chunks.
- In a bowl, fold whipped cream with honey and lime zest until fluffy.
- Gently mix in half of the grilled pineapple chunks.
- Spoon into serving bowls and top with remaining pineapple.
- Drizzle with extra honey for shine and sweetness.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut or chili flakes if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use whipped coconut cream instead of regular whipped cream.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to taste.
- Chili flakes add a nice contrast to the sweetness, but can be omitted if preferred.
