Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Potatoes (cut into chunks)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with grated onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper; form into patties (biftekia).
- Toss potato chunks with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a sheet pan and nestle biftekia around them.
- Drizzle everything lightly with more olive oil.
- Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping patties halfway, until potatoes are tender and meat is browned.
- Squeeze extra lemon over the pan for brightness.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
