Ingredients
- Large sweet yellow onions
- Ground beef
- Long-grain rice
- Feta cheese

Instructions
- Trim and peel onions, slice tops, and gently boil until layers soften; separate carefully.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
- Stir in rice, tomatoes, herbs, spices, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook briefly.
- Fold in crumbled feta and chopped herbs.
- Stuff onion layers and nestle into a baking dish.
- Pour broth around onions, drizzle with olive oil, cover, and bake for 60 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 20–25 minutes until caramelized.
