Description

A bold, creamy Greek classic—whipped feta blended with roasted red pepper, olive oil, and a gentle chili kick.


Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Roasted red pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Chili pepper (or chili flakes)
  • Greek anthotyro or ricotta cheese
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Extra olive oil (for drizzling)
  • Olives or pita (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add feta and anthotyro (or ricotta) to a food processor.
  2. Add roasted red pepper, chili pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stream in olive oil while blending until whipped and silky.
  5. Taste and adjust spice or acidity.
  6. Spoon into a shallow bowl and swirl the top.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with warm pita or bread.
