Ingredients
- Feta cheese

Instructions
- Add feta and anthotyro (or ricotta) to a food processor.
- Add roasted red pepper, chili pepper, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stream in olive oil while blending until whipped and silky.
- Taste and adjust spice or acidity.
- Spoon into a shallow bowl and swirl the top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve with warm pita or bread.
