Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Berries & whipped cream (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Whisk in eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until glossy.
- Fold in flour gently—do not overmix.
- Grease ramekins and dust with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.
- Divide batter evenly into ramekins.
- Bake at 425°F for 12–14 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Immediately invert onto plates, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with berries and whipped cream.
Notes
- Ensure not to overbake for the gooey center.
- Can be served with ice cream for extra indulgence.
