Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Berries & whipped cream (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth; let cool slightly.
  2. Whisk in eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until glossy.
  3. Fold in flour gently—do not overmix.
  4. Grease ramekins and dust with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.
  5. Divide batter evenly into ramekins.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 12–14 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  7. Immediately invert onto plates, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with berries and whipped cream.
