A quick and cheesy delight featuring crispy toasted bread packed with creamy tuna and gooey cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna (drained)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion or red onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon or yellow mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice butter-side down and spread tuna mixture evenly on top.
- Add a generous layer of cheese, then top with the second bread slice (butter-side up).
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7–8 minutes, flip carefully, then cook another 5–7 minutes until golden and melty.

- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the tuna mixture.
