A decadent fusion of creamy cheesecake and rich German chocolate cake, topped with gooey coconut-pecan frosting and silky chocolate ganache.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix (or homemade base)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips (for ganache)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare chocolate cake batter and pour half into a greased springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over cake layer.
- Add remaining cake batter on top and swirl slightly.
- Bake for 60–70 minutes until set. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- For topping, heat butter, brown sugar, milk, and egg yolks until thick, then stir in coconut and pecans. Cool slightly.
- Spread frosting on cheesecake, then drizzle with warm chocolate ganache.
- Garnish with extra pecans and serve chilled for a rich, layered indulgence.

- Ensure the cheesecake is completely cooled before chilling for best results.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate for the ganache.
