  • Instant yeast
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in olive oil, flour, salt, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary to form a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes until slightly puffy.
  4. Oil a muffin tin generously and divide dough evenly.
  5. Press fingertips into dough tops to create dimples.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle rosemary and flaky salt.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden and fluffy.
