Ingredients

- Instant yeast

Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let bloom for 5 minutes.
- Stir in olive oil, flour, salt, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary to form a soft dough.
- Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes until slightly puffy.
- Oil a muffin tin generously and divide dough evenly.
- Press fingertips into dough tops to create dimples.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle rosemary and flaky salt.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden and fluffy.
Notes
- Ensure the water is warm but not hot to activate the yeast.
- For extra flavor, you can add more minced garlic or rosemary.
