Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flaky golden pastries stuffed with juicy garlicky beef and molten cheddar, making them an irresistible treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 can biscuit dough or puff-pastry rounds
  • 2 tbsp butter (for garlic topping)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté beef with onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned; cool slightly.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough or cut puff pastry into rounds.
  3. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheddar in the center of each round.
  4. Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal into “bombs.”
  5. Arrange seam-side down on a baking tray.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parmesan.
  7. Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed; garnish with parsley.
