- 500 g ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 can biscuit dough or puff-pastry rounds
- 2 tbsp butter (for garlic topping)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté beef with onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned; cool slightly.
- Flatten biscuit dough or cut puff pastry into rounds.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheddar in the center of each round.
- Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal into “bombs.”
- Arrange seam-side down on a baking tray.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parmesan.
- Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed; garnish with parsley.

- Ensure the edges are sealed tightly to prevent filling from leaking.
- Can be served with dipping sauces for added flavor.
