- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 biscuit dough pieces (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheddar.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and spoon a bit of the beef mixture in the center.
- Pinch edges to seal and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan; brush over the tops.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
