Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a must-try treat! Soft golden rolls stuffed with juicy beef, gooey cheese, and topped with buttery garlic-Parmesan glaze—bursting with flavor in every bite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 biscuit dough pieces (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet; season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheddar.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and spoon a bit of the beef mixture in the center.
  4. Pinch edges to seal and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan; brush over the tops.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce of choice.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
