- 2 cups Fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning; sear in olive oil until browned on both sides.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet, basting the chicken as it finishes cooking.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add green beans to the same skillet, sautéing in the garlic butter until crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to the pan and squeeze a little lemon juice over everything.
- Simmer briefly so flavors combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours before cooking.
