Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 cups Fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning; sear in olive oil until browned on both sides.
  2. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, basting the chicken as it finishes cooking.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add green beans to the same skillet, sautéing in the garlic butter until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and squeeze a little lemon juice over everything.
  6. Simmer briefly so flavors combine.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
