Ingredients

Instructions
- Halve or quarter bok choy lengthwise; rinse and dry well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a hot skillet or wok.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry 10–15 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bok choy, cut-side down, and sear briefly.
- Toss and add soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Stir-fry 2–3 minutes until glossy and crisp-tender.
- Finish with sesame oil, chili flakes, and sesame seeds; serve immediately.
