Juicy seared steak bites over creamy garlic butter pasta, topped with melted mozzarella and parsley.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak on all sides until browned, then set aside.
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain and reserve a bit of pasta water.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until slightly thickened. Toss in pasta and coat evenly.
- Return steak to skillet, top with mozzarella, and let it melt under low heat or broil for 1–2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
- Optional: Drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan for added richness.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Make sure not to overcook the steak for the best texture.
