Description

Juicy seared steak bites over creamy garlic butter pasta, topped with melted mozzarella and parsley.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak on all sides until browned, then set aside.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente; drain and reserve a bit of pasta water.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until slightly thickened. Toss in pasta and coat evenly.
  5. Return steak to skillet, top with mozzarella, and let it melt under low heat or broil for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
  7. Optional: Drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan for added richness.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
  • Make sure not to overcook the steak for the best texture.
