Ingredients
- Oreo cookies
- Vanilla ice cream
- Whipped topping
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Butter
- Sugar (optional)
- Mini Oreos (for topping)
- Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter to form a crust; press into the bottom of a pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Soften vanilla ice cream slightly, then fold in rainbow sprinkles and vanilla extract.
- Spread ice cream over the Oreo crust evenly and freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Top with a thick layer of whipped topping.
- Decorate with more sprinkles and mini Oreo cookies.
- Freeze again for at least 1 hour before slicing.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the colorful crunch!
