Description

Ingredients

  • French fries
  • Steak strips (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Melted cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • Bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • Olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Bake or air-fry French fries until golden and extra crisp; set aside.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions in oil until caramelized and soft.
  3. Add steak strips and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook until browned.
  4. Layer fries on a plate and pile steak-and-veggie mixture on top.
  5. Add slices or handfuls of cheese over the hot steak, allowing it to melt.
  6. Return briefly to the oven if needed for extra gooey melt.
  7. Finish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
