Ingredients
- French fries
- Steak strips (ribeye or sirloin)

- Bell peppers
- Onions

- Salt & pepper
- Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Bake or air-fry French fries until golden and extra crisp; set aside.
- Sauté peppers and onions in oil until caramelized and soft.
- Add steak strips and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook until browned.
- Layer fries on a plate and pile steak-and-veggie mixture on top.
- Add slices or handfuls of cheese over the hot steak, allowing it to melt.
- Return briefly to the oven if needed for extra gooey melt.
- Finish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
