- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper; grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas slightly on a dry skillet.
- Layer each tortilla with chicken, diced tomatoes, peppers, cheese, and a drizzle of chipotle ranch.
