Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar until smooth; roll into 1-inch balls.
  2. Chill for 20 minutes to firm up.
  3. Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos mixed with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F and fry in small batches until crisp and red-golden, about 2–3 minutes.
