- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar until smooth; roll into 1-inch balls.
- Chill for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos mixed with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry in small batches until crisp and red-golden, about 2–3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with ranch or spicy dip.
