Description

Buttery puff pastry wrapped around savory sausage and creamy scrambled eggs—your breakfast just leveled up.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 breakfast sausage links
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sausage links until browned and cooked through; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; scramble softly, then stir in cheese and chives.
  4. Cut puff pastry into 6 rectangles and spoon a layer of eggs down the center of each.
  5. Place one sausage link over the eggs, roll up tightly, and seal the edges.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Serve warm with a drizzle of hot sauce or maple syrup.
