Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook sausage links until browned and cooked through; set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; scramble softly, then stir in cheese and chives.
- Cut puff pastry into 6 rectangles and spoon a layer of eggs down the center of each.
- Place one sausage link over the eggs, roll up tightly, and seal the edges.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of hot sauce or maple syrup.
