- 2 tbsp Butter
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into squares, score borders lightly with a knife, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Meanwhile, prepare custard: whisk egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and hot milk; cook until thickened.
- Stir in butter and vanilla, then cool the custard.
- Gently press down pastry centers to create wells.
- Fill each pastry with cooled custard.
- Arrange fresh berries neatly on top.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
