Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cut puff pastry sheets into squares, score borders lightly with a knife, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare custard: whisk egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and hot milk; cook until thickened.
  4. Stir in butter and vanilla, then cool the custard.
  5. Gently press down pastry centers to create wells.
  6. Fill each pastry with cooled custard.
  7. Arrange fresh berries neatly on top.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
