- 4 English muffins, cut into pieces
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Scatter English muffin pieces evenly in the dish and top with diced Canadian bacon.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the muffins and bacon, pressing gently to soak.
- Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes until the casserole is set and lightly golden.
- Warm the hollandaise sauce and drizzle generously over the baked casserole.
- Finish with paprika and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to substitute the Canadian bacon with ham or smoked salmon for a different flavor.
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the egg mixture.
