Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, cut into pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Scatter English muffin pieces evenly in the dish and top with diced Canadian bacon.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the muffins and bacon, pressing gently to soak.
