Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup mayo + 1 tbsp sriracha (for drizzle)
  • Steamed broccoli or greens (optional)
  • Chopped cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey; add chicken and marinate 10–15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken until caramelized and sticky, about 8–10 minutes.

  5. Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
