- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ cup mayo + 1 tbsp sriracha (for drizzle)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey; add chicken and marinate 10–15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken until caramelized and sticky, about 8–10 minutes.
- Divide cooked rice among 4 bowls.
- Top each with sweet chili chicken and a side of steamed broccoli or greens.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
- Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
