Ingredients

- Pecans (1–1½ cups, chopped for rolling)
- Garlic powder (½ tsp)
- Onion powder (½ tsp)
- Worcestershire sauce (1 tsp)
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: crushed red pepper, parsley, or bacon bits
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Shape mixture into a round ball using plastic wrap.
- Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the ball in chopped pecans, pressing lightly so they stick.
- Chill until serving time for best slice-and-spread texture.
- Serve surrounded with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.
