- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup refried beans (optional)
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tbsp butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain and stir in taco seasoning according to packet directions.
- Warm tortillas and spread a layer of sour cream (and beans if using) in the center.
- Spoon seasoned beef over and sprinkle with both cheeses.
- Roll tightly into burritos.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sprinkle some shredded cheese directly onto the pan.
- Place burrito seam-side down on the melted cheese and grill until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Slice and serve warm with salsa or creamy dipping sauce.
