Ingredients

Instructions
- Add chickpeas, chopped cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and diced avocado to a bowl.
- Crumble in feta cheese generously.
- Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
- Toss gently to avoid smashing the feta or avocado.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or acidity.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
