Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into the pan for crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until smooth; pour over crust.
- Crush Doritos lightly and sprinkle evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until center is just set.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 3 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel and white icing before cutting into squares.
