Description

A cozy, down-home, ultra-easy casserole layered with beef, veggies, creamy sauce, and melty cheese.


Ingredients

  • Ground beef (1 lb)
  • Tater tots (1 cup)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
  • Cream of mushroom soup (1 can, 10.5 oz)
  • Canned green beans, drained (15 oz)
  • Salt & pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper; drain excess fat.
  2. Spread the cooked beef evenly in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  3. Layer the drained green beans over the beef.
  4. Spread the cream of mushroom soup across the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the creamy layer.
  6. Top with tater tots in a single layer.
  7. Bake 30–40 minutes until the tots are golden and the casserole is bubbling.
