Ingredients
- Ground beef (1 lb)
- Tater tots (1 cup)
- Shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- Cream of mushroom soup (1 can, 10.5 oz)
- Canned green beans, drained (15 oz)
- Salt & pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper; drain excess fat.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Layer the drained green beans over the beef.
- Spread the cream of mushroom soup across the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the creamy layer.
- Top with tater tots in a single layer.
- Bake 30–40 minutes until the tots are golden and the casserole is bubbling.
