Ingredients
- Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Pepperoni slices
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a deep cake pan or springform pan.
- Roll out the pizza dough and line the bottom and sides of the pan, leaving enough overhang for sealing.
- Layer sauce, cheese, and pepperoni — repeating until the pan is nearly full.
- Fold the dough edges over the top layer and brush with olive oil mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let rest 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Slice like a cake and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
