Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a deep cake pan or springform pan.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and line the bottom and sides of the pan, leaving enough overhang for sealing.
  3. Layer sauce, cheese, and pepperoni — repeating until the pan is nearly full.
  4. Fold the dough edges over the top layer and brush with olive oil mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
