Ingredients
- Pistachio cream spread
- Mascarpone cheese
- Ladyfinger biscuits
- Espresso
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder
- Crushed pistachios
- Dark chocolate shavings
- Optional pistachio liqueur
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold mascarpone and pistachio cream into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled espresso (do not soak).
- Layer espresso-dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread a thick layer of pistachio mascarpone cream over the biscuits.
- Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder, sprinkle crushed pistachios and chocolate shavings, then chill before slicing.
Notes
- For a stronger pistachio flavor, add optional pistachio liqueur.
- Ensure the espresso is cooled before dipping the ladyfingers.
