Ingredients

  • Pistachio cream spread
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Ladyfinger biscuits
  • Espresso
  • Heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Optional pistachio liqueur

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold mascarpone and pistachio cream into the whipped cream until smooth.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled espresso (do not soak).
  4. Layer espresso-dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  5. Spread a thick layer of pistachio mascarpone cream over the biscuits.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder, sprinkle crushed pistachios and chocolate shavings, then chill before slicing.

Notes

  • For a stronger pistachio flavor, add optional pistachio liqueur.
