Description

Ultra-creamy vanilla cheesecake topped with rich chocolate ganache and swirls of whipped cream.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sweetened whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then blend in sour cream.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake 55–60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool completely, then chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 1 minute, and whisk into a smooth ganache.
  7. Pour ganache over chilled cheesecake, letting it drip slightly over the edges.
  8. Pipe whipped cream swirls around the top before serving.
