Description
Ultra-creamy vanilla cheesecake topped with rich chocolate ganache and swirls of whipped cream.

- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sweetened whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then blend in sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust and bake 55–60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely, then chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 1 minute, and whisk into a smooth ganache.
- Pour ganache over chilled cheesecake, letting it drip slightly over the edges.
- Pipe whipped cream swirls around the top before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight.
- Use high-quality chocolate for the ganache.
- Adjust the sweetness of the whipped cream to taste.
