Description

Golden pan-fried flatbreads filled with savory minced pork, scallions, and spices — crispy outside, juicy inside.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup warm water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and scallions.
  2. Combine flour and warm water to form a soft dough; knead until smooth, then rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of pork filling in the center, fold, and flatten gently into a thick patty.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry each flatbread 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  6. Drain on paper towels and let rest briefly.
  7. Serve hot with soy dipping sauce or chili oil for extra flavor.

Notes

  • Adjust the filling spices according to your taste.
  • Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
