- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup warm water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and scallions.
- Combine flour and warm water to form a soft dough; knead until smooth, then rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of pork filling in the center, fold, and flatten gently into a thick patty.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry each flatbread 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels and let rest briefly.
- Serve hot with soy dipping sauce or chili oil for extra flavor.
