Description

Golden-crusted chicken stuffed with melty cheese and smothered in a rich garlic Parmesan cream.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (for crust)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Fill each breast with shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan, then fold closed.
  4. Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat in seasoned breadcrumbs for a crispy crust.
  5. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Meanwhile, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and remaining Parmesan; simmer until thick and silky.
  8. Spoon creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over baked chicken.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot while cheese is melty and stretchy.
