- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (for crust)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Fill each breast with shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan, then fold closed.
- Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat in seasoned breadcrumbs for a crispy crust.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and remaining Parmesan; simmer until thick and silky.
- Spoon creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over baked chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot while cheese is melty and stretchy.
Notes
- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in Italian seasoning for a few hours before cooking.
- Can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
