Instructions
- Mix mashed potatoes with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Scoop a portion of potato mix, flatten in your palm, and place a mozzarella cube in the center.
- Roll into a tight ball, ensuring the cheese is completely sealed.
- Dip each ball in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Either bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes (spray with oil) or fry at 350°F until golden and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels to keep crunchy.
- Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or spicy mayo.
