Description

Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are golden-crispy chicken stacked with melty cheese and creamy spicy sauce on buttery sesame buns.


Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut slider-size)
  • Buttermilk
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Bang Bang sauce (mayo + sweet chili sauce + sriracha)
  • Slider buns with sesame seeds
  • Sliced white cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil for frying or baking spray
  • Butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into small slider-sized cutlets and marinate in buttermilk for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In one bowl mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl beat eggs. In a third bowl add panko.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat well in panko.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes (or fry until golden and crispy).
  5. Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Toast buttered slider buns lightly until golden.
  7. Assemble sliders: crispy chicken, slice of cheese, generous spoon of sauce, then top bun. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in buttermilk longer if possible.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the Bang Bang sauce by varying the amount of sriracha.
